This website belongs to LBH Holdings Inc. and its firms, LBH Chartered Accountants and LBH Consulting International (“LBH”, “we”). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What this website collects
Very little. The enquiry form doesn’t store anything on this website: it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. If you email or phone us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and information about your business.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To provide the services you engage us for, under the terms of our engagement letter.
- To meet our legal and professional obligations, including those of SAICA, IRBA and SARS.
We don’t sell your information, and we only share it where the law requires us to or where it’s needed to deliver a service you’ve asked for.
Cookies and third parties
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from public content networks, which may see your IP address as part of delivering those files. The office map is drawn from OpenStreetMap data and doesn’t contact any map service.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@lbhinc.co.za or call 021 903 8127. You may also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
